Braun and Valeria Kopsack are the owners and
operators of Knik Glacier Adventures, and have been running tours since
1989, making it the longest running and most experienced tour operation to
the Knik Glacier.
Braun Kopsack is a lifelong resident of
Alaska, having grown up in the area and spending as much time as possible
outdoors - hunting, boating, climbing mountains and snow machining aka.
snowmobiling. Braun has been traveling to the Knik Glacier for over 40
years.
Valeria Kopsack is originally from Kyrgyzstan.
She has worked for many years in the tourism industry, as both a
translator and as a tour guide. She speaks fluent English, Russian
and German, making visits from foreign travelers run smoothly.
